A Donation Forever

As with many public cultural establishments in Israel, the institutional funding Beth Hatefutsoth receives does not cover all its expenses. Hence, Beth Hatefutsoth is obliged to solicit contributions from private sources, an effort in which the Association of Friends of Beth Hatefutsoth in Israel plays an important role.

The Association accompanies the activities of the Museum, providing support particularly in funding educational projects for underprivileged youth and disadvantaged sections of population.

True to its goal, the Association of Friends has launched the Permanent Seat campaign, in which Friends of the Museum may purchase a seat in the well equipped, pleasant Bnei-Zion Auditorium, where cultural events are held.

For a US$ 1,000 contribution to Beth Hatefutsoth, the purchaser of a Permanent Seat may have his name, or that of anyone else he wishes to honor, inscribed on a metal plaque affixed to a seat in the auditorium, thus immortalizing his commitment to Beth Hatefutsoth and its activities.
