Beit Hatfutsot at the GA, November 8-10 2009

Beit Hatfutsot played an important role in this year's General Assembly of the Jewish Federations of North America. All of us who are affiliated with the Museum were filled with pride as Leonid Nevzlin, Chairman of Beit Hatfutsot's International Board of Governors, served as International Chair of the General Assembly.  It was Mr. Nevzlin who introduced Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu at the Second Plenary Session. His words of introduction sparked a fire among the audience, who listened intently as he relayed his journey to finding his Jewish identity and reiterated his commitment to Beit Hatfutsot and the new Museum of the Jewish People.
