Board of Governors Reviews Plans for New Core Exhibition

The Beit Hatfutsot Board of Governors chaired by Mr. Leonid Nevzlin gathered this week in Tel Aviv for its annual meeting and review of activities and achievement of the past year. The 27-member group, which includes leading innovators, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists, received an in-depth presentation of the plans for the New Museum by exhibition designer Mr. Patrick Gallagher. Participants reviewed plans for the online museum, learnt about cutting edge educational programs provided by the International School for Jewish Peoplehood Studies, met with young leaders, celebrated the My Family Story award winning projects and had the opportunity to take part in guided tours of an array of  temporary exhibitions. The meetings were kicked off at a celebratory dinner hosted by The Israel Friends of Beit Hatfutsot.

“This was a wonderful opportunity to take stock and appreciate the tremendous strides that Beit Hatfutsot has made over the past year,” said BH CEO Avinoam Armoni. “I think everyone felt very proud of our accomplishments, and excited about plans going forward.”

The Board of Governors also welcomed a new member, Israeli businessman Ami Sagy.
